Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of full stack experience.
• Strong command of NodeJS, ReactJS, and AWS.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• A track record of leading projects and owning outcomes end to end.
• Excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end, from breaking down complex problems to shipping robust solutions
• Own architecture and technical decisions across the stack, building in NodeJS and ReactJS on AWS
• Tackle hard engineering problems: performance at scale, real-time collaboration, and third-party integrations
• Set the bar for well architected code and help keep the codebase scalable, maintainable, and readable
• Mentor other engineers and raise the team's overall quality
• Make deliberate tradeoffs between creating tech debt and delivering business requirements
