Latinem in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and deploy scalable web applications end to end. You will work with Angular and/or React, TypeScript, .NET Core Web API, Node.js and MS SQL Server, delivering robust APIs and UI components.

You will own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, deploy on Azure, mentor juniors, collaborate with product, QA and UX in an Agile/Scrum environment, and apply Six Sigma principles to improve quality.

Qualificações

• The candidate should have 6-8 years in software development with 4+ years in full-stack roles.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade applications end to end (UI, APIs, database).
• Hands-on Azure CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment experience.

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer / Senior Developer

Location: Hyderabad (onsite)

Job Description (Software Development)

• The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, building and deploying high-quality web applications end to end.
• The role covers modern front-end frameworks, scalable APIs and robust SQL databases, delivered through automated CI/CD pipelines on Azure, with a Six Sigma mindset for quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development
   Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and/or React with TypeScript.
2. Database Design and Management
   Design MS SQL Server schemas and write optimised stored procedures, functions, views and complex queries.
   Monitor and tune database performance through indexing, query optimisation and data integrity checks.
3. CI/CD and Cloud Deployment
   Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automated build, test and release.
   Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Key Vault, Storage) & monitor them in production.
4. Quality and Continuous Improvement
   Apply Six Sigma concepts (DMAIC, root cause analysis) to reduce defects and improve development and release processes.
   Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests and take part in structured code reviews.
5. Collaboration and Mentoring
   Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA and UI/UX teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
   Mentor junior developers, set coding standards and share best practices across the team.

Qualification:

• Microsoft certification such as AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) is an added advantage.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 6-8 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years in full stack roles.
• Proven experience delivering production applications end to end, from front end through APIs to the database.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on Azure through CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to Docker, microservices or Infrastructure as Code (ARM / Bicep / Terraform) is a plus.
