BotFriday is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to lead architecture and deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will own technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leaders who have shipped products at top tech firms.

The role is on-site in the Financial District, Hyderabad. You will work with ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS to solve performance at scale, real-time collaboration, and complex integrations while maintaining clean, well-architected code

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of full-stack experience.
• Strong command of ReactJS, NodeJS and AWS.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• A track record of leading projects and owning outcomes end to end.
• Excellent communication, and the ability to do well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects end to end, from breaking down complex problems to shipping robust solutions.
• Own architecture and technical decisions across the stack, building in ReactJS and NodeJS on AWS.
• Tackle hard engineering problems: performance at scale, real-time collaboration and third-party integrations.
• Set the bar for well-architected code and help keep the codebase scalable, maintainable and readable.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the team's overall quality.
• Make deliberate trade-offs between creating technical debt and delivering business requirements.
