Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Front End UI heavy engineer for a role that splits 70% React frontend work and 30% backend with .NET Core.

You will be part of Mastermind engineering, building cloud-native solutions for automotive dealers with a microservices approach, using React/TS on the frontend and C#/NET Core on the backend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS or related engineering required.
• 4–8 years building enterprise-level applications.
• Strong React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Strong backend with C# and .NET Core; microservices and SOLID principles.
• Experience with SQL Server; TDD and testing frameworks.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience; mentor capabilities.
• Proactive, self-starter; strong communication; Agile exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using React.js for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend.

This role is Front End UI heavy role that will involve 70% front end task using React and 30% backend using Dot Net.

Position summary:

Our proprietary software-as-a-service helps automotive dealerships and sales teams better understand and predict exactly which customers are ready to buy, the reasons why, and the key offers and incentives most likely to close the sale. Its micro-marketing engine then delivers the right message at the right time to those customers, ensuring higher conversion rates and a stronger ROI.

What You'll Do:

You will be part of Mastermind engineering team. As part of this agile team, you will work in our cloud native environment to Develop and maintain applications using React.js for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Integrate APIs and services to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Work with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust and reliable software. Contribute to architecture discussions and help improve system performance and security. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance product capabilities

What We are looking for:

• Bachelor's or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline required.
• 4 to 8 years of experience building enterprise-level applications.
• Strong experience building cutting-edge web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong developer with experience of building high-performance back-end services with C# and .NET Core Good knowledge of microservices, design principles (SOLID) and design patterns.
• Implemented both relational and non-relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Test Driven Development (TDD), testing frameworks
• Full project life-cycle experience
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• A self-starter with an enthusiasm for technology
• Strong communication skills
• Good to have some exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
• Working in multi-functional, multi-location teams
• Comfortable using Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools, Git
• Good to have knowledge of message brokers or pub-sub systems like RabbitMQ, etc.

Shift Time:

Monday to Friday at 12 PM to 9 PM IST
