1. Design and develop features, APIs, and fixes to handle our current and future scale.
2. Help our customers have a great experience with our products.
3. Be a strong independent contributor.
4. Participate in and help improve the team's agile process.
5. Help detect technical improvement opportunities and take action to implement them.
6. Engage with the support team as the last level of escalation for tickets.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
