Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance a scalable event management and digital platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strong hands‑on engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, improving system reliability, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support both customer-facing and internal platforms.

Application Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and frontend user interfaces
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards

Integrations & Platform Enhancements

• Integrate and support third‑party tools, APIs, and SaaS platforms
• Improve platform stability and customer-facing experiences
• Enhance internal tools and workflows through automation

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product and Business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and release activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and customer-reported issues in a timely manner

Engineering Best Practices

• Follow and contribute to coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices
• Identify and reduce technical debt within owned modules
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment readiness

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong experience with:
  • Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or similar.
  • Backend technologies: Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.
  • APIs: RESTful and service‑oriented architectures.
  • Databases: Relational and/or NoSQL.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, debugging, and problem‑solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to observability tools such as logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Experience supporting high‑availability or transactional systems
• Prior experience working with global or distributed teams

Salary Range: ₹30‑34 Lacs per annum
