We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Consultant Engineering (Full Stack Developer) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in full stack development, cloud-native architectures, backend engineering, and technical leadership while mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams, including self-sufficient and full-cycle engineering teams, delivering high-quality software solutions end-to-end.
• Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services, distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Drive technical execution across teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security practices, and engineering best practices.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and secure deployment processes.
• Design and optimize AWS-based solutions with a focus on scalability, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Support production systems to meet defined SLOs/SLAs and enhance system reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
