• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep backend and production frontend experience.
• Strong experience in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Production experience building and operating APIs, services, background jobs, and integrations used by real customers or internal users.
• Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience, including component design and data fetching.
• Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and reliable data access patterns.
• Owns features end to end from design to deployment and production support.
• Ability to write automated tests across unit, integration, contract, component and end-to-end levels.
• Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability and production monitoring.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with distributed teams.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep backend experience and meaningful production frontend experience.
• Strong experience in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Production experience building and operating APIs, services, background jobs, and integrations used by real customers or internal production users.
• Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience, including component design, state management, data fetching, and integration with backend services.
• Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, queues or streaming, retries, idempotency, and failure isolation.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and designing reliable data access patterns.
• A track record of owning features end to end, from technical design and implementation through deployment and production support.
• Experience writing automated unit, integration, contract, component, and end-to-end tests.
• Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions, balance short-term delivery with long-term maintainability, and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience collaborating in distributed teams.
