Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform and data services.

You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving developer experience, and contributing to high-quality product delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards
• Contribute to architecture design
• Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency
• Collaborate on product shaping and delivery
• Uphold a strong testing and documentation culture
• Mentor other engineers and champion best practices within the team
• Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy roles
• Strong expertise in Java + Spring ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Experience building and scaling production systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows

• Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulated environments
