Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced software specialist to work for a banking industry client in Pune. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to elicit and review requirements and contribute to design and development of robust infrastructure and applications.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Java 17, TypeScript and React, building service-based architectures, and integrating AI-assisted coding tooling. Familiarity with Kafka, AG Grid, GitLab and Kubernetes fundamentals is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and Maven.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Knowledge of Kafka messaging concepts and service-based architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tooling.
• Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines and VS Code.
• Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and development of infrastructure, systems, and applications used by Front Office to deliver services.
• Enhance Excel-based pricing/parameter/risk tools and move onto service-based Web apps.

We are looking for an experienced specialist to work for one of our clients from the banking industry. In addition, you will be working closely with global business stakeholders to elicit and review requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will be participating in the design and development of cutting-edge infrastructure, systems, and applications(both client and server-side) used by Front Office to provide streamlined and revenue-generating services to our clients
• Enhancing Excel-based pricing/parameter/risk management tools onto service-based Web apps
• You are expected to closely liaise with trading, sales, quants, structuring, and the tech groups in the equity derivatives business. The products spread across exchange-listed, OTC, and exotics
• You will be able to rapidly learn in-depth knowledge and gain experience from both a technology and business perspective

SKILLS

Must have

• 8 years of experience, Strong hands-on experience in Java 17, Maven, and associated test suites.TypeScript + React: Proficiency. Knowledge of the AG Grid Library is a big plus.Kafka Messaging Queue: concepts well understood.Service-based architecture.Experience with AI-assisted coding.Tooling: Gitlab, CI/CD, VS Code.Kubernetes fundamentals.
