Overview

Attri AI is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable web applications. This role requires 5- 10 years of professional experience, with a core focus on architecting and developing backend services in Python, complemented by strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks. You will play a critical role in scaling our core products.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable features across the entire stackfrom database design to user interface.
• Backend Mastery (Python Core) : Architect and build highly performant, secure, and maintainable backend APIs and services primarily using Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Frontend Development : Develop responsive, engaging, and highly usable interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
• Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and write complex, efficient queries to support application needs.
• DevOps & Deployment : Work with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated releases. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a strong plus.
• Mentorship and Code Quality : Serve as a mentor for junior developers, participate actively in code reviews, and drive best practices in testing, documentation, and system monitoring.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities across the entire platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4- 5+ years of demonstrable professional experience in Full Stack Development.
