Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full‑Stack Developer with deep expertise in frontend, backend, and database systems. The role requires ownership of application architecture, high‑performance database design, connection pooling, scalability, and mentoring teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑availability web applications.
• Own end‑to‑end development from UI to database.
• Build reusable, modular, and well‑tested codebases.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the stack.

Frontend Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive UIs using:
  • React, Angular, Vue
  • HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap
• Manage complex state using Redux, Zustand, Context API.
• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting).

Backend & Database Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using:
  • RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Authentication and authorization: JWT, OAuth2, SSO, Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Asynchronous processing, queues, background jobs
  • Caching strategies (Redis, in‑memory caches)
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases:
  • MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
  • Normalized and denormalized schemas
  • Database connection pooling, indexing strategies, query optimization, execution plan analysis
  • High‑concurrency systems, transaction management, data consistency, isolation levels, locking strategies, read replicas, sharding, partitioning
  • Database migrations and versioning, encryption at rest and in transit, secure credentials and secrets management
  • Monitor database health and performance metrics, backup, restore, disaster recovery strategies
• Design scalable architectures (monolith → microservices) and implement event‑driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Apply design patterns and best practices, perform system load analysis and capacity planning, ensure fault tolerance and graceful degradation.
• Deploy and manage applications on:
  • Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines
  • Containerize applications using Docker
  • Optimize infrastructure cost and performance
• Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews, mentor junior and mid‑level developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, collaborate with product, QA, DevOps teams, participate in Agile ceremonies and technical estimations.
