Ishvara Tech Consulting in Odisha, Khordha is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to design, build and maintain scalable MERN applications. You will handle end-to-end feature development, frontend components, and secure backend services while collaborating with product, UI/UX, QA and DevOps teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on MERN experience, strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and modern security practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, aggregation and query optimization.
• Understanding of JWT, OAuth, role-based access control and application security.
• Experience with Git, testing tools, Docker, CI/CDon and cloud platforms.
• Strong system-design, debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of independently managing features from requirement to production.
• Good communication, teamwork, ownership and mentoring skills.
• Preference for B.Tech/B.E., MCA, M.Tech or equivalent qualification in CS/IT

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
