Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Python, API development, databases, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands‑on React.js experience and approximately 4 years of Python development experience, with the ability to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable enterprise‑grade applications.

The role will work closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams to build high‑performance applications and scalable solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive applications using React.js.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, data lakes, and external APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar relational databases and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with data teams on data ingestion, transformation, processing, integration, and reporting.
• Implement React state management using Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.
• Develop reusable components and follow clean, scalable application architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize frontend and backend applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and usability.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, documentation, and development best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and global stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4–5 years of hands‑on React.js development experience.
• Approximately 4 years of Python development experience, particularly in backend/API development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, SQL, and query optimization.
• Experience with Redux / Context API and component‑driven frontend development.
• Good understanding of modern application architecture and API‑driven integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and cross‑functional environments.
