Role: Senior Frontend React Developer

Shift Timing: 8 AM to 5 PM
Timeline: Immediate joiners only

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers working on React-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and backend teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices and standards in React development.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for client digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with client's security, accessibility, and performance guidelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage technical backlog, and own delivery timelines.
• Facilitate seamless communication between onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React concepts including Hooks, Context API, and functional programming patterns.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Familiarity with Redux, React Query, or similar state management libraries.
• Expertise in component-based architecture and design systems (e.g., Storybook, Material-UI).
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with unit testing (Jest/Enzyme/React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in Git-based workflows and tools like Bitbucket/GitHub.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and offshore-onshore delivery models.
