We are hiring a Senior Frontend / Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of product features end-to-end — from user interface development through backend investigation and production release support. This is not a UI-only role.

You will:

• Lead React development across the web platform
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Investigate backend services when required
• Make targeted backend changes when needed
• Take responsibility for delivery, quality, and release readiness

This role sits within the Product Engineering organisation, working cross-functionally with Product, QA, AgenticRAG, and Platform teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Frontend Engineering (Primary Focus)

• Build and maintain scalable React applications (TypeScript preferred)
• Implement complex workflows, dashboards, and operational tools
• Ensure responsive design and performance optimization
• Integrate with REST / GraphQL APIs
• Improve UX consistency and usability across the platform

Full Stack Ownership

• Investigate backend issues impacting frontend workflows
• Debug API responses, service interactions, and data inconsistencies
• Implement small-to-medium backend fixes where appropriate
• Write SQL queries for data investigation when required
• Work across service boundaries to unblock delivery
• Partner closely with Product Managers during discovery and refinement
• Translate business requirements into technical designs
• Contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Support UAT and release readiness
• Provide clear communication on trade-offs and technical constraints

Release & Production Support

• Take ownership of features through deployment
• Support regression validation and release testing
• Monitor production behavior post-release
• Quickly diagnose and resolve live issues

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Core Engineering

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with React
• Experience with TypeScript
• Solid understanding of component architecture and state management

Backend & Full Stack

• Experience working with backend services (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
• Ability to read, understand, and modify backend code
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Comfortable debugging across frontend and backend layers
• Experience working in cloud‑native environments (GCP / AWS / Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of containerized environments (Docker preferred)
