SC, a Series A fashion quick-commerce startup based in Bangalore, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the consumer web surfaces, ops dashboards, and internal admin tools. You will make architecture decisions, build a component library, and ship polished UI at startup speed.

Requirements include 6+ years building production web apps with React.js, expert TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and hands-on dashboards with real-time updates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production web applications with React.js.
• Expert React — hooks, performance optimisation, component architecture. Strong TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend tooling.
• Hands-on building dashboards and internal tools with complex data tables and real-time updates.
• Familiarity with testing (Jest, Playwright/Cypress) and REST API integration.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend end-to-end — consumer web, ops dashboards, brand portals, and internal admin tools.
• Architect the stack: component library, state management, API layer, routing, and build pipeline.
• Build high-performance e-commerce web experiences and real-time operational dashboards.
• Ensure web performance (Core Web Vitals, code splitting, CDN) and set up frontend CI/CD and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive frontend engineering standards.

Role Overview
