Job summary

Ownpath Learning Private Limited is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to shape product experiences and accelerate growth. You will join early in engineering, build scalable web apps, and drive a design-first frontend culture with a strong emphasis on performance and accessibility.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine UX patterns and expand the design system across products. A hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Solid understanding of state management, routing, and modern frontend patterns.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Strong eye for visual and interaction design, with attention to detail.
• Comfort collaborating with designers in Figma or similar tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks.
• Bonus: Mobile apps with React Native or Backend familiarity (Node.js).

You should be passionate about creating high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces, while also mentoring other developers and driving best practices in frontend engineering.

This role involves close collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver a polished, intuitive product that reflects ownpath’s design-first ethos.
