Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in building React-based applications and managing them.
• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript, React, and Redux.
• Possess proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• In-depth experience in building applications from scratch or migrations.
• Has experience managing and mentoring small teams of junior front-end engineers.
• Has a great understanding of Microservices or modular architecture, or Micro-front end.
• Excellent communication skills and a go-getter attitude.
• Someone who has experience in working with small company setups, understanding the impact of speed and quality deliverables.
• Prior experience in RoR and Unit Testing is desirable.
