Talview is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to build reliable, high-performing web experiences that power global hiring and assessment workflows. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and accessible interfaces that delight our customers.

The role requires 5–7 years of frontend development, deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and testing with Jest/RTL, plus a strong focus on accessibility and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong command over HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep experience with React, Jest, React Testing Library.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience - mentoring, guiding, or managing developers.
• A portfolio of successful engineering projects and case studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development initiatives and mentor junior developers.
• Architect, build, and optimize complex, scalable web interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging front-end technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain front-end coding standards.
