Job summary

First Career Center is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead and deliver frontend features using Angular or React, with a focus on AI-powered coding workflows. The candidate should have 4–7 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to collaborate with design and product teams.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, and possess strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who is not just strong in Angular/React but is actively working with AI-powered coding workflows. If youre someone who codes with AI, not just alongside it, this role is for you!

• Angular (v13+) OR React (v17+)
• Daily hands-on use of Cursor / Windsurf / Claude Code (GitHub Copilot alone wont qualify)
• Structured & strategic AI workflow (beyond basic prompting)
• Strong communication skills (ability to explain to non-tech stakeholders)
• Startup mindset - fast, proactive & strategic solution-driven

Good to Have :

• Experience with AI/GenAI feature integration
• Knowledge of AI Agents & MCP (Model Context Protocol)
