Job summary

EY in Gurgaon seeks a Senior Consultant for National Forensics ASU within Investigations & Compliance. You will design and implement enterprise-wide privacy programs, draft policies, and lead privacy assessments.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to operationalize privacy controls across functions, perform data mapping and DPIAs, and assist with vendor reviews and regulatory engagements. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• LL.B/ LLM from a recognised university.
• Recognised privacy certifications (IAPP & ISO) preferred.
• Familiarity with privacy technology tools such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Securiti or similar platforms preferred.
• Good understanding of information security concepts and their intersection with privacy.
• Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Candidates from Noida should be willing to travel to Gurgaon for client requirements.
• Open to working in flexible shifts to support international client requirements across different time zones.

• Support DSR, consent, and breach management.
• Work with business and technology teams to embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles.
• Support privacy reviews of vendors, processors, partners, and third-party service providers, and update/draft agreements.
• Assist with other regulatory compliance engagements globally, outside privacy domain.
• Manage assigned workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Support proposal/business development, operations, and internal knowledge-building initiatives.
