Job summary

EY in Noida is seeking a Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU specializing in Employee Background Verification (BGV) and investigations. You will lead end-to-end BGV processes across multiple enterprise clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

You will monitor service metrics (SLA, TAT) and deliver accurate MIS reporting using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong client governance, issue escalation, and continuous improvement are essential, with a collaborative approach across teams to provide

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BGV experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct client-facing experience managing client relationships, governance calls, service reviews, and escalations.
• Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred).

Experience

• BGV Experience (5+ years) Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of direct client-facing experience, independently managing client relationships, governance calls, service reviews, and escalations. Experience handling multiple enterprise clients will be preferred.
