Job summary

EndureAir Systems Pvt Ltd in Noida seeks an experienced flight control engineer to own the design, tuning, and validation of control laws for tandem-rotor or VTOL aircraft. This is a hands-on role moving between simulation, bench testing, and the flight line; you will be at the trials when your changes fly for the first time.

You will work with autopilot firmware teams on real-time constraints, define test campaigns, and close the loop from flight data back into the model; a degree in aerospace

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
• Five or more years designing flight control systems for rotorcraft or VTOL aircraft.
• Strong grounding in classical and modern control, system identification, and stability analysis.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and at least one of C or C++.
• Direct experience taking a control system through flight test.
