Job summary

BestEx Research seeks a senior technical professional to own client onboarding for our electronic trading platform. You will drive FIX connectivity, certify with clients, and manage complex integrations from test to production go‑live, ensuring accurate order routing and post‑trade allocations.

You will work closely with trading desks and technical teams, improve onboarding playbooks, and handle escalations while keeping onboarding standards up to date with evolving FIX rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in FIX integration/client onboarding.
• Strong hands-on experience with FIX (4.2/4.4/5.0) and multi-asset workflows.
• Deep knowledge of trading regulations and FIX standards to keep onboarding current.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and business teams.
• Experience across equities or futures workflows.
• Problem-solving under time pressure.

Role summary

Client onboarding for our electronic trading platform. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise in client onboarding, driving process improvements, and serving as an escalation point for complex integrations.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the FIX protocol, FIX Integration, certification, and electronic trading workflows, along with the client‑facing skills needed to manage relationships with top‑tier financial institutions.

• Exposure to OMS/EMS tools and connectivity logs.
• Basic scripting/SQL and Python Expert.
