Job summary

FlexTrade Systems in Pune seeks a motivated engineer to join the Global Client On-boarding team, focusing on FIX onboarding for multiple asset classes. You will work with account management, development, QA and support to onboard FIX clients and ensure data integrity of the Certification library.

Exposure to FIX protocol, trading workflows, and connections with ECN, ATS, and exchanges will be gained as you contribute to high-volume onboarding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in at least one of the programming languages (C, C++, Java, etc).
• General working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
• Exposure to IT domain and programming languages during the academic course.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, presentable, and highly motivated with good teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol.
• Good knowledge of investment banking/capital market domain.

Responsibilities

• On-board FIX clients trading electronically with the firm’s electronic products and FIX certifications with various Broker firms, ECN, ATS, and Exchanges.
• Collaborate with account management, development, quality assurance, and support teams.

The Team :

The Global FIX On-boarding team ensures the highest quality trading experience for the client, broker, and provider. The global Client Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding FIX clients trading electronically with the firm’s electronic products and FIX certifications with various Broker firms, ECN, ATS, and Exchanges.

About You:

You love to be a part of Global Client On-boarding team responsible for on-boarding FIX clients trading electronically with the firm’s electronic products and FIX certifications with various Broker firms, ECN, ATS, and Exchanges. You have hands-on experience in delivering in a fast-paced environment and meeting aggressive business FIX client onboarding targets. You closely work with the account management, development, quality assurance, and support teams. You work within a process and maintain the data integrity of the Certification library.

What makes it interesting?

Mandatory Skills:
