Job Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Firmware Developer with 3 to 8 years of deep technical experience. This is a pure technical track role focused on architecting and implementing complex Bluetooth Dual‑mode (BR/EDR & LE) solutions. You will be the technical backbone for our high‑end wireless products, bridging the gap between sophisticated BT Legacy protocols and modern Embedded GUI systems within a global engineering framework.

Core Technical Focus

• Dual‑Mode Stack Mastery: Take full ownership of the Bluetooth stack integration. You must have a "under‑the‑hood" understanding of BT Legacy (Classic) and BLE coexistence, ensuring high stability in complex RF environments.
• Hardcore Firmware Engineering: Develop low‑latency firmware on RTOS/Bare‑metal. You will be responsible for critical path code, memory optimization, and hardware‑software co‑design.
• HMI & Graphics Core: Implement responsive Embedded GUI logic, ensuring that high‑refresh‑rate UI does not compromise the real‑time performance of the Bluetooth radio.
• Technical Quality Excellence: Lead by example in Software Quality Control. You will define and execute rigorous testing frameworks, code‑level optimizations, and CI/CD integration to ensure enterprise‑grade stability.

Technical Requirements (The "Must‑Haves")

• Experience: 38 years of individual contributor (IC) experience in firmware development.
• Bluetooth Legacy : understanding of BR/EDR stack: L2CAP, RFCOMM, SDP, and Link Manager.
  • Hands‑on experience with profiles: A2DP (SBC/AAC/LDAC), HFP/HSP, AVRCP, and SPP.
  • Ability to debug protocol‑level race conditions and audio synchronization issues.
• BLE Expertise: Proficiency in GATT, ATT, and advanced features (High Speed/Long Range, Periodic Advertising).
• Embedded Toolchain: Expert C/C++ skills. Professional experience with logic analyzers, protocol sniffers (Ellisys/Frontline), and JTAG debugging.
• Global Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with overseas engineering teams on a technical‑to‑technical level within large‑scale projects.
• Workflow Proficiency: Experience with Jira for task tracking and Git for complex branching/merging (Gitflow).
