Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis – Automation in Gurgaon. You will standardize reporting across regions, build dashboards and data pipelines using Power BI, Fabric, SQL and Python, and collaborate with global FP&A teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for management and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in data management, mining, analytics, reporting & quantitative analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Fabric and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, libraries, data structures, and software architecture.
• Experience with Big projects on Tableau or Power BI
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating in a team environment.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into compelling insights. Experience interacting with stakeholders to understand technical needs and deliver effective solutions.

Senior Analyst, FP&A, will assist in driving standardization of reporting across all regions, leveraging tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, advanced Excel. This position requires a highly analytical, independent thinker who possesses strong communication skills & strategic thinking that is highly motivated. The position will also provide exposure to various levels of management as well as cross-functional partnerships.
