Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource in the controllership and financial close process each month.
• Assist in the analytics that support key business decisions.
• Provide the seamless, accurate, and timely flow of financial information.
• Work shift hours to support North America business needs.
• Ensure that all daily ECOM files are received from processors and reconciled in ReconNet.
• Assist in month‑end financial close, including journal entry analysis and preparation.
• Provide value‑added analytics that help the company continue to move forward.
• Ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
• Assist with gift card related reconciliations and reporting on an as‑needed basis.
• Confirm the accuracy of reconciliations completed through ReconNet.
• Maintain aging reports and research aged items in a timely manner.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis.
• Assist retail operations for customer support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Results‑oriented, resourceful, and problem‑solving attitude.
• Retail – eCommerce/apparel industry experience.
• Ability to operate independently within a complex matrix environment, exercising sound judgment in balancing commercial priorities with financial control.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience in SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC is a plus.
