Job summary

Graphxsys in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr Financial Associate to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and support month-end closures. You will lead a small team and coordinate with clients to deliver timely financial reports.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on QuickBooks and Advanced Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. Immediate joiner preferred; notice period considered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor daily financial transactions using accounting software and end-to-end accounting for client sites. Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L) and ensure timely report delivery to clients.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr Financial Associate to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and support month-end closures. The role involves managing financial reporting, reconciliation, client coordination, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor daily financial transactions using accounting software like QuickBooks, including transaction registers, audit trails, and financial reports. End to End Accounting with Respective websites. Preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L). Ensure timely communication and delivery of reports as per client requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• MCom MBA BCom BBA

Soft Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting. Hands-on experience in QuickBooks & Advanced Excel. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in client handling and team management
