Job summary

Pharmadose Generics LLP in Mumbai, India, invites an experienced finance leader to oversee Finance, Tax, Audit, Costing and Budgeting. The role requires hands-on management and strategic insight in a pharmaceutical environment.

The ideal candidate holds CA/ICWA with at least 10 years of relevant experience in pharma, and will interact with senior stakeholders including the CEO. ERP experience (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

We are a pharmaceutical company focused on the development of Generics, NDA and 505(b)(2) products for the US and other regulated markets, working with CDMO/CRO partners and commercial clients across geographies.

Job Profile/ Requirements

Overall management and compliance of Accounts, Finance, Direct & Indirect Tax.

Financial Evaluation of Projects, during identification and development stages.

Costing, Budgeting - Working on standard cost arriving at variance analysis and reporting by exception to the Management.

The person in the job should be a key team player as the position would need to interact with various internal stakeholders. Therefore, communication and interpersonal relationships would be a key soft skill requirement for the job.

Strong grasp of pharma cost structures - API-to-finished-dose costing, CMO conversion costs, regulated-market overheads.

Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills; ERP experience (SAP or similar) preferred.

The person should have at least 10 years in pharmaceutical companies, with demonstrable hands-on experience on the above job requirements.
