Job summary

Talent Imperii in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned finance leader to manage finance & accounts for a group of schools. The role requires CA/CA Inter with 8–15 years’ experience, preferably in education, and a strong track record in financial reporting.

You will oversee MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audits, taxation, statutory compliance, controls, month-end closure, variance analysis, cost control, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Inter with 8–15 years of experience, preferably in schools/education.
• Strong in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MIS and financial reporting for the school group.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure financial controls and month-end closure.
• Conduct variance analysis and cost control; lead the finance team.
