Job summary

Thanal in Kerala, India is seeking an accounting professional to maintain daily financial records, prepare vouchers, invoices and receipts, and handle cash transactions and bank reconciliations.

You will maintain ledgers, assist in monthly statements, monitor budget usage, ensure timely bill payments, and support GST/TDs compliance, coordinating with head office for audits and financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Monitor income, expenses, and budget utilization.
• Ensure timely processing of bills, payments, and reimbursements.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, as applicable.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and centre management regarding financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
