Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable to manage invoice verification, PO matching, and data entry for payments. The role requires a degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of AP experience in an MNC, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

You will coordinate weekly pay-runs, prepare daily reports, and help close aged items, while collaborating with onshore teams and vendors in the EMEA region when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in AP in an MNC.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Team player and yet able to work independently.
• Experience with EMEA vendors (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders.
• Data entry invoices for payment.
• Process backup reports after data entry.
• Monitor the weekly pay-run and record manual cheque entries for accounting purposes.
• Prepare Daily Reports: Inventory/Quality/Exception List.
• Track and close aged items and take effective steps for closure.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
