About the Role:

EY FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) is looking for talented professionals with expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Reporting, Workiva Implementation, Reporting Transformation, and Finance Process Optimization.

The selected candidate will be part of global client engagements focused on implementing and optimizing Workiva solutions across Financial Reporting, ESG Reporting, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Regulatory Reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business challenges and recommend reporting solutions.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.
• Design and implement Workiva solutions including Wdesk and Wdata.
• Develop system requirements, UAT scenarios, training materials, and support documentation.
• Create templates, workflows, integrations, and data connections within Workiva.
• Support financial, management, regulatory, and statutory reporting processes.
• Perform data mapping, governance assessments, and process optimization.
• Build KPI frameworks, driver-based planning models, and performance analytics.
• Deliver user training and support change management initiatives.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management activities.
