Motionvillee in Indore is seeking a Junior Executive – Video Compositor with 3–5 years of hands-on post-production experience. You will edit, enhance, and composite content for brand and marketing initiatives. Work with AI-powered tools, including AI-based video generation and editing, to elevate storytelling.

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging final videos for digital, marketing, and branded content.
Create and enhance videos using AI-powered video generation, editing, and creative tools.
Use AI tools to improve video production workflows, generate creative assets, and experiment with new visual concepts.
Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, titles, and other elements to enhance visual storytelling.
Perform basic to intermediate compositing tasks, including green screen keying, rotoscoping, masking, tracking, and visual clean-up.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and animation teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Explore and adopt emerging AI video technologies and workflows to improve creativity, quality, and production efficiency.
Manage project timelines, file organization, assets, and version control for efficient production workflows.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, AI video generation, and post-production technologies.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Video Compositor with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in post-production, video editing, compositing, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, attention to detail, and a willingness to work with AI-powered video creation and editing tools. AI-based video production is a mandatory part of this role, so candidates should be comfortable learning and incorporating AI tools into their creative workflow. You will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for editing, enhancing, compositing, and creating engaging video content for various brand and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Animation, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in video compositing, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Hands-on experience with AI-based video generation/editing tools is mandatory.
Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and audio-visual synchronization.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of compositing, motion graphics, VFX, masking, tracking, and rotoscoping.
Familiarity with different video formats, resolutions, codecs, and platform-specific requirements.
Strong creative and visual sense with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, compositing, and AI-assisted video work will be an added advantage.
