A leading assurance and inspection service provider in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Sales Manager. Job Description
  • Responsible for achieving targeted revenue for the assigned region as defined by Eurofins Management.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to current and prospective clients.
  • Review contracts for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
  • Provide monthly sales reports to the National Sales Head Food Assurance – India.
  • Develop and implement the territory sales plan.
  • Lead, monitor, and support the sales activities and performance of Business Development Managers / Executives.
  • Support marketing activities in the region.
  • Update management on competitors and market trends regularly.
  • Identify and build relationships with clients, consultants, and industry associations.
  • Ensure implementation and meeting of the company’s objectives and policies.
  • Proactively identify customers at risk of leaving and work to retain them.
  • Responsible for payment collection for the region.
  • Assist in scheduling client audits.
  • Review Eurofins procedures for customer services, inquiries, and sales management to ensure outcomes are achieved; recommend changes as appropriate.
  • Visit various cities and meet customers regularly.
  • Assist with details of suitable resources for subcontractor auditors and trainers.
  • Ensure implementation and meeting of the company’s objectives and policies.
  • Commit to providing a high standard of customer service consistently.
  • Demonstrate success in sales, product or service marketing, and sales management.
  • Promote Eurofins programs to key market segments via targeted strategic marketing activities.
  • Provide input for new programs (standards or 2nd party audits) to be developed and implemented.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably from a TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) company.
