Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) offering end-to-end development and manufacturing solutions across the drug life cycle. The Senior Executive-QC will perform quality control analyses of finished products, in-process, intermediate, and stability samples in line with pharmacopoeial standards and cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Quality control analysis of finished products, in-process, intermediate, and stability samples per pharmacopoeial requirements and customer specifications.
• Operation, handling and calibration of UV, SOR, HPLC, analytical balance, and other instruments in the QC laboratory.
• Maintenance of documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Adherence to safety norms in the Quality Control laboratory during all activities.
• Carrying out any other work allocated by seniors.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of finished products, in-process samples, intermediate samples, miscellaneous samples, and stability samples as per pharmacopoeial requirements, in-house specifications, and customer specifications.
• Operation, handling, and calibration of UV, SOR, HPLC, analytical balance, and other instruments in the QC laboratory as per requirements.
• Performance of wet analysis of finished product samples.
• Maintenance of documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Adherence to safety norms in the Quality Control laboratory during all activities.
• Handling the responsibilities of the reporting authority in his/her absence.
• Carrying out any other work allocated by seniors.

Job Description

Responsible for performing quality control analysis of finished products, in-process, intermediate, miscellaneous, and stability samples in accordance with pharmacopoeial standards, in-house specifications, customer requirements, and cGMP guidelines. Operates, handles, and calibrates laboratory instruments such as UV, HPLC, SOR, and analytical balances, performs wet chemical analysis, maintains accurate QC documentation, ensures compliance with laboratory safety practices, supports departmental operations by acting in the reporting authority's absence when required, and undertakes additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.
