Job summary

Responsibilities include handling HPLC, Dissolution, UV and Karl Fischer analyses, maintaining incubators, preparing monthly stability plans, and proper storage and disposition of QC samples.

Qualifications

• Analysis and documentation of samples with GLP/GMP compliance.
• Stability sample and finished product analysis per cGMP.
• Operate HPLC, Dissolution, UV spectrophotometer, and Karl Fisher instruments.
• Maintenance of stability incubators and chambers.
• Prepare stability monthly planner.
• Receipt/inward/storage of QC samples and disposition after analysis.
• Concurrent documentation of analytical records and storage of raw data.
• Instant reporting of deviations/OOT/OOS to Section Head/Head QC.
• Maintenance of chemical store bin cards and GLP/GMP implementation.

Job Description

Analysis and Documentation of samples and maintaining GLP / GMP requirements in lab to achieve correct and accurate results in all analysis.

• Analysis of stability sample, finished product, and related documentation as per cGMP.
• Responsible for only run the method in the HPLC, Dissolution, UV spectrophotometer and Karl Fisher Apparatus does not access to change the method, report format and method configuration.
• Maintenance of stability incubators & chamber.
• Preparation of stability monthly planner.
• Receipt/Inward/Storage of QC samples and Disposition of sample after analysis.
• Concurrent documentation of analytical records and storage of raw data, online entries in Instrument/ Equipment’s usage logbooks.
• Instant reporting in case of any deviation, incident, OOT or OOS to Section Head/ Head QC.
• Any additional responsibility assigned by section head.
• Maintenance of Bin Card of chemical store.
• Implementation of GLP / GMP requirements.
• To control and maintain QC Laboratory Records. (Like Laboratory notebook and COA etc.).
