Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Deputy Manager-QC at Piathampur, MP. You will lead analysis of finished products, raw materials, stability samples and ensure cGMP compliance across QC workflows.

The role requires handling QC documentation, calibrations, instrument usage, deviation reporting, GLP/GMP adherence and data integrity, with responsibilities including vendor sample analysis and maintaining laboratory records. Join a global CDMO team committed to quality.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of QC records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of finished products and stability samples.
• Receipt/Inward/Storage of QC samples and disposition after analysis.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions/reagents/indicator solutions.
• Concurrent documentation of analytical records and storage of data; entries in instrument usage logs.
• Immediate reporting of deviations, OOT or OOS to Section Head/Head QC.
• Procurement of chemicals/reagents/standards/columns for new projects.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by section head.
• Maintenance of chemical store bin cards.
• Implementation of GLP/GMP requirements.
• Allocate work to workers and train them.
• Control and maintain QC laboratory records (lab note book, chromatograms, COA).
• Analysis of vendor approval samples.
• Review of laboratory chemicals.
• Ensure correct use of HPLC methods; do not modify method/report format improperly.
• Support to site DICO for Data Integrity awareness.
