Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd in Telangana is seeking a Senior Executive - Production to support shift production activities, maintain the logbook, ensure batch sheets are completed, and prepare materials for each run.

You will coordinate with engineers for timely maintenance, monitor PPE usage, reinforce GMP/SOP compliance, conduct SHE training for operators, and promptly report unsafe conditions to the Production Manager.

Candidates with a BSc and hands-on production experience will fit best.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with shift-based production and logbook maintenance.
• Knowledge of batch sheets and online documentation.
• Experience conducting SOP training and GMP awareness.
• Coordination with maintenance engineers to complete jobs on time.
• Strong safety orientation; monitor PPE usage and hygiene.
• Ability to identify unsafe acts/conditions and report to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Follow instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities with logbook maintenance.

Job Description

• To follow-up the instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities. Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
• Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
• Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution.
• To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis.
• To conduct SOP training for the operating personnel on regular basis to understand the standard operating procedure and importance of GMP.
• Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production.
