Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive-Production to support API manufacturing activities at our site in India. The role involves following Manager-Production guidance and carrying out shift production tasks, maintaining logs, preparing materials, and ensuring compliance with batch documentation and GMP standards.

The incumbent will coordinate with engineers for maintenance, monitor PPE usage, and conduct SOP training for operating personnel, while reporting any unsafe conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
• Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
• Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution.
• To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis.
• To conduct SOP training for the operating personnel on regular basis to understand the standard operating procedure and importance of GMP.
• Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production.
