• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant analytical discipline.
• Experience: 8+ years in MEAL framework design, data governance, and large-scale evaluation.
• Kannada proficiency mandatory for field leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic MEAL System Architecture & Leadership: Design and lead MEAL strategies, log-frames, and ToC models.
• Goonjan Enterprise Stewardship: Drive MIS module deployment across diverse projects.
• Impact Evaluations & Research: Oversee end-to-end, rigorous baselines, midlines, and endlines.
• Data Quality Governance: Establish validation parameters to ensure database integrity.
• Executive Dashboards: Create high-level dashboards for CEO, Board and donors.
• Compliance & Impact Reporting: Produce evidence-based reports mapping achievements to benchmarks.
• Community Feedback Systems: Implement CFRM for transparency.
• Team Management: Lead multi-disciplinary MEAL team and manage external consultants.

Strategic MEAL System Architecture &Leadership

• FrameworkDesign: Design and lead the implementation ofmulti-sectoral, organization-wide MEAL strategies, log-frames, and Theoryof Change (ToC) models.
  
• GoonjanEnterprise Stewardship: Drive the strategic deployment andarchitectural customization of Goonjan's MIS modules (BeneficiaryTracking, Services Management, and Impact Measurement) across diverseprojects.
  

Impact Evaluations & Research

• EvaluationExecution: Oversee end-to-end execution oflarge-scale, methodologically rigorous research and evaluation projects(baselines, midlines, and endlines).
  
• ValidationFrameworks: Develop advanced quantitative andqualitative validation frameworks to evaluate long-term communitydevelopment indicators.
  
• DataQuality Governance: Serve as the primary custodian of DataQuality Assessments (DQA), establishing strict validation parameters toensure database integrity.
  

Data Analytics & Stakeholder Reporting

• ExecutiveDashboards: Convert complex field data intohigh-level analytical dashboards on Goonjan to serve strategicrequirements for the CEO, Board of Directors and donors.
  
• Compliance& Impact Reporting: Author comprehensive, evidence-basedimpact reports mapping programmatic achievements against national andinternational compliance benchmarks.
  

Accountability & Institutional Learning

• CommunityFeedback Systems: Institutionalize a robust,technology-driven Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) toenforce organizational transparency.
  
• LearningSymposia: Design and facilitate periodic learningsymposia for senior leadership to convert raw project data into actionableprogram iterations.
  

Team Management

• Cross-FunctionalTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and line-manage amulti-disciplinary team comprising project-level MEAL Single Points ofContact (SPOCs) and technical MIS SPOCs across all thematic projectlocations.
  
• Consultant& Subject-Matter Governance: Direct and manage external consultants,research agencies, and subject-matter experts hired for specialized impactevaluations, baseline/endline studies, and third-party data audits.
  
• CapacityBuilding & Technical Guidance: Conduct routine technical supervision, set performance KPIs, and builddata literacy and system-adoption capacity among MEAL/MIS SPOCs to ensurestandardized reporting and software utilization.
  

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Social Work, or arelated analytical discipline.
  
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in MEAL framework design, datagovernance, and large-scale program evaluation.
  
• Kannada: Proficient (Mandatory for field leadership, stakeholder engagement, andcommunity communication).
  
• Marathi: Working knowledge is an asset.
  
• TechnicalStack:
  
• Expert-levelunderstanding of Goonjan (or deep expertise transitioning an enterprisefrom legacy systems to Goonjan/custom MIS).
