Rosetta Hospitality in India’s Goa region is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, estimates, and tender activities across architectural, structural, MEP, and interior works. The role involves preparing BOQs, tracking material consumption, and ensuring accurate measurements on-site with engineering teams.

The candidate should be adept at reading drawings, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and willing to travel to project locations for site verification and progress verification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings, measurements, and specs for architectural, structural, MEP, and interior works.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material reconciliation statements, and progress reports.
• Support rate analysis, estimates, and tender documentation under supervision.
• Maintain records of measurements, variations, material consumption, and labor deployment.
• Cross-check contractor and vendor bills against progress and measurements.
• Assist in maintaining cost control sheets and quantity tracking MIS.
• Monitor DPRs and verify site measurements per execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers, purchases, and stores for material movement.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in verifying quantity take-offs from drawings, site measurements, and specifications for architectural, structural, MEP, and interior works.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material reconciliation statements, and work progress reports.
• Support the preparation of rate analysis, estimates, and tender documentation under the guidance of the reporting manager.
• Maintain records of measurements, variations, material consumption, and labor deployment at the site.
• Cross-check contractor and vendor bills against work progress and verified measurements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project cost control sheets and quantity tracking MIS.
• Monitor daily progress reports (DPR) and verify site measurements as per execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, and stores teams for updated material movement and consumption records.
• Assist in updating and reconciling material inventory and wastage records.
• Support in preparing certifications for subcontractor payments and verification of scope completion.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly measurement and quantity reports.
• Help track any deviations, extra items, and scope variations and notify the reporting manager.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors for clarification of scope and deliverables when required.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, measurement sheets, bills, correspondence, and quantity-related approvals.
• Coordinate for internal audits or reviews of quantity and cost records as and when required.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to project budgets, specifications, and quality standards from a quantity perspective.

Be proactive in identifying potential quantity overruns or shortfalls and alert reporting authorities.
