Job summary

Sun Pharma's Institute of Medical & Minimal Access Surgery Training in Gurugram seeks a Senior Executive – Marketing & Sales to promote IMMAST's educational programmes, drive course registrations, and strengthen the institute's brand within the healthcare community.

You will develop hospital and academic partnerships, execute digital marketing campaigns, manage customer engagement, and coordinate with academic and operations teams to support growth and enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Qualification/Certification in Marketing & Sales will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or CRM in healthcare/education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Brand Promotion: support strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Sales & Business Development: drive course registrations and generate new business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: manage inquiries, maintain CRM records, and follow up with prospects.

Profile Summary

The Senior Executive – Marketing & Sales will be responsible for promoting IMMAST's educational programmes, generating business opportunities, driving course registrations, and strengthening the institute's brand presence within the healthcare community. The role involves developing relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, medical colleges, and industry partners, executing marketing initiatives, managing customer engagement, and supporting digital marketing activities to achieve business growth and enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance IMMAST's brand visibility and market presence.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate branding initiatives, exhibitions, conferences, CMEs, workshops, and promotional events.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive course registrations and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, corporate hospitals, and professional associations.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, institutional clients, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new market segments and recommend strategies to expand IMMAST's outreach.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and promotional activities to showcase IMMAST's educational offerings.

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage enquiries received through phone, email, website, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow‑up of prospective participants.
• Counsel prospective participants regarding course offerings, eligibility, schedules, and registration processes.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed registrations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, lead databases, and CRM updates.

Program Coordination

• Coordinate with the Academic and Operations teams to understand course schedules and programme requirements.
• Ensure adherence to course eligibility criteria, registration processes, and documentation requirements
• Support smooth coordination between participants and internal departments before, during, and after training programs.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Prepare periodic sales reports, lead conversion reports, and marketing performance dashboards.
• Analyze sales trends, campaign performance, customer feedback, and market data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare education sector.
• Provide recommendations to improve participant acquisition and business growth.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, faculty, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Travel as required for business development, institutional visits, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or management from time to time..

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Qualification/Certification in Marketing & Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the healthcare, medical education, pharmaceutical, or allied sectors.
