Diageo Bangalore is seeking a Senior Executive - Logistics Procurement to lead end-to-end freight sourcing, lane benchmarking and LSP negotiations. You will manage SAP Ariba sourcing events, coordinate with Logistics Operations and Finance, and build dashboards to track savings and supplier performance.
The role requires hands-on SAP/TMS experience, advanced Excel, and strong analytical communication skills to support our distributed logistics network.

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
Logistics and freight procurement; transport market intelligence; lane and rate benchmarking; supplier discovery and evaluation; SAP Ariba sourcing/Reverse Auctions; SAP and TMS working knowledge; data validation and governance; advanced Excel; management presentations; commercial analysis; structured problem solving; stakeholder management; process documentation; and high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
The role has no direct budget ownership but materially influences logistics spend through freight analytics, rate benchmarking, competitive sourcing and commercial validation. It is responsible for accurate savings and cost-avoidance calculations, post-event comparisons, and timely identification of rate mismatches or leakage. All analyses and recommendations must be supported by validated volumes/trips, lanes, truck types, LSPs, distance and fuel assumptions, approved rate records and audit-ready documentation. The role will work with Logistics Operations, Finance and units to reconcile commercial impacts before reporting.
