The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience, and proficiency in Tally or QuickBooks is essential. The position requires ownership of core finance operations within a Mumbai-based team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST and direct taxation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally or QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of financial planning and reporting.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation, cash management & banking relationships.
• Transfer Pricing issues & management.
• Direct & indirect taxation, including GST compliance.
• Finalization of accounts & project finance.
• Liaising with Income Tax, GST & Profession Tax departments.
• Monthly planning, forecasting & projections.
• Annual budgeting, P&L preparation & investment planning.
• Payroll processing & statutory payments – PF, P-Tax, ESIC, etc.
• Sales invoicing, receivables accounting & collection MIS.
• Vendor payments, expense tracking & employee reimbursements.
• Coordination with statutory & tax auditors for year-end finalization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional who can independently manage accounting, taxation, financial planning, payroll, compliance and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in accounting & finalization, with sound knowledge of GST, direct taxation and financial planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
