Job summary

Alok Industries in Mumbai is seeking a Treasury & Corporate Banking professional to manage LC openings, BG renewals, banking liaison, and facility agreements. The role covers payments prioritization, cash flow projections, CMA data for financing proposals, and FX hedging strategies.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with banks and RBI, monitor BRS, and prepare periodic management reports on funding and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Review of timely opening of LC and timely renewal of BG
• Coordination and liaisoning with banks and RBI incl reports/returns submission
• Finalise the facility agreements in coordination with legal counsel; financial covenants/conditions precedent
• Prioritization of payments including hedging
• Monitoring BRS and outstanding entries
• Periodic reports / management note on cash flow, funding & projection
• Financing - CMA data for new & renewals of financing proposals & compliance with bank requirements
• Coordination with various banks for efficient discounting of documents
• Explore various options for optimum & secured financing
• Close monitoring exposure in USD/FE - INR to hedge foreign exchange exposure
• Payment to material & service vendors & employees incl Expats
• Compliance and Risk Management
