Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive - Engineering to ensure production of a quality product and to maintain the plant's quality system. You will ensure data integrity, oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery and utilities, and manage electrical work across plants.

Calibration reviews, utility availability for production, and QEHS activities are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must ensure a quality product is produced and the quality system is maintained in the plant.
• Ensure data integrity across plant operations.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
• Handle electrical work across all plants and review calibration schedules.
• Ensure availability of utilities for the production department and support QEHS activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing a quality product and maintaining a quality system in the plant.
• Ensure data integrity and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery & utilities.
• Responsible for Electrical work of all Plants and review calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure availability of utilities for the Production Department; conduct plant rounds and breakdown reviews.
• Support GMP audits, manpower allocation, procurement of spare parts, housekeeping monitoring, and QEHS compliance.

• Ensuring Data Integrity.
• Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery & Utility.
