Responsibilities

• Site execution along with quality & safety as per norms of the company and government standards.
• Coordination with consultants for construction details.
• Coordinate with all subordinate and supporting team as well as sub-contractor.
• Monitoring the finishing work (Block Work, Plaster, Every Kind of Flooring).
• Progress monitoring & updating same to reporting manager on daily basis; preparing and approval of BBS.
• Checking of sub-contractor bills.
• Preparation of DPR & Submitting to the reporting manager.
• Validating the BOQ & rates.
• Highlighting the issues to management if any work is hampered.
• Preparation of budget as per the requirement.
